Perry de Marco, Jr. graduated from Villanova
University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Psychology. He went on to attend
The Widener University School of Law where he received a Juris Doctor Degree.
Mr. de Marco’s life long desire to become a lawyer started
as a young man when he would attend trials in Philadelphia’s City Hall with his father Perry de Marco, Sr. and also with his famous grandfather, A. Charles Peruto, Sr. Mr. de Marco
hails from a family of lawyers which in addition to his father and grandfather includes three uncles and an aunt all of whom are practicing lawyers.
He was admitted to The Bar
of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and to The Bar of
The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. de Marco then joined his father in the practice of law at the Law Offices of Perry de Marco.
Mr. de Marco, is a trial lawyer specializing in Criminal
Defense. However his experience does not end there. He handles cases in all areas of the law from Traffic Court to Serious Felony cases in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as well as in the Common Pleas Courts of the surrounding counties. In addition to his own ever increasing case load, Mr. de Marco has served as co-counsel with his father on various serious Felony and Homicide cases.
Mr. de Marco is a member of The Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, The Justinian Society,
The Sons of Italy, as well as The Criminal Justice section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
